At 2,800 above sea level, with the flattest possible route in the highest capital city in the world. The course starts from Av. La Prensa and Av. Amazonas to head north along 10 de Agosto, we then make a U-turn to head south, going back and forth, touring the beautiful Historic Center of the city of Quito. On our return, we enter the Parque el Ejido, to cross the iconic Arc de Triomf on a return to the starting point. A certified distance of 42,195 km.
